t is envisioned that by year 2015, Kapitolyo High School shall have become a school with:
The exact number of school buildings with enough classrooms for its student population on a 1:1 classroom to section ration.
All the necessary function rooms with the best facilities (AVR, learning centers, art gallery/museum, library, computer rooms, EMIS room, property/stock rooms, clinic, guidance and NDEP centers, ecology room and others)
All classrooms with complete IT integration instructional materials to facilitate teaching and learning process.
Well equipped techvoc specialization area rooms (PC labs, Air conditioning/refrigeration, Civil Technology, Electricity, Hotel and Restaurant Services)
National and International certified teachers in the different techvoc specialization areas.
Teachers who are committed to the service and possessing strong moral fiber and emotional/mental stability.
Empowered students who are God-fearing, good citizens, intelligent and determined to pursue higher education and later improve the economic and social status of their own families in particular, and of the entire Filipinos in general.
A research and development arm that will continually provide the school and its faculty fresh strategies and techniques of teaching adoptive of the current trends in the profession.
Strong linkages with government and non-government agencies and particularly with the families of the students that will ensure full cooperation and partnership in the education of the students.
Alternative learning packages that shall include Internet and Computing Fundamentals, Hardware Servicing, Programming, Network Technology, Air conditioning/refrigeration, Civil Technology, Electricity, Hotel and Restaurant Services and others.
